Ein verrücktes und schwieriges Jahr neigt sich dem Ende zu, auch persönlich gab es leider viele Schicksalsschläge, so dass nicht viel Zeit für das Hobby blieb. Die LS in Reken war leider die einzige Show für mich in diesem Jahr, LS Damme und auch das Modellpferdefest in Bensheim wurden ja COVID-19 bedingt abgesagt.
Euch allen nun ein frohes Weihnachtsfest und einen guten Rutsch in das neue Jahr 2021. Hoffen wir alle, das es besser wird.

A crazy and difficult year is drawing to a close, and unfortunately there were also many blows of fate personally, so there was not much time left for the hobby. The LS in Reken was unfortunately the only show for me this year, LS Damme and the Model Horse Festival in Bensheim were cancelled due to COVID-19.
A merry christmas and a happy new year 2021 to all of you, let's hope it will be better.

Ich hatte bisher noch nicht wirklich viel Zeit, die Webseite zu aktualisieren und - im Hinblick auf die aktuelle Situation - auch nicht wirklich Lust dazu. Die Liveshow in Reken wurde noch durchgeführt, die allgemeinen Beschränkungen erfolgten ja erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt. Es hat wieder sehr viel Spaß gemacht, allerdings habe ich noch nicht alle Fotos gesichtet, so dass der Beitrag hier erst später veröffentlicht wird. Es hat mich sehr stolz gemacht, sowohl den Reserve-Champ in der Performance SM/Schleich als auch in der Tackklasse zu machen.
Aber was mir wirklich am Herzen liegt ist: BLEIBT GESUND. Achtet auf euch und auf die, die Ihr liebt. Nehmt Rücksicht auf die, die diesem Sch....-Virus nicht die nötige Kraft entgegensetzen können. Haltet zusammen. Und ich hoffe, dass wir uns alle bald gesund auf einer der nächsten Liveshows wiedersehen können. PASST AUF EUCH AUF!!
I haven't really had much time to update the website yet and - in view of the current situation - I don't really feel like doing so. The live show in Reken was still going on, the general restrictions came later. It was a lot of fun again, but I haven't seen all the photos yet, so the article will be published here later. It made me very proud to make the Reserve-Champ in the Performance SM/Schleich as well as in the tack class.
But what I really care about is: Stay healthy. Take care of yourself and those you love. Be considerate of those who cannot resist this sh... virus. Stick together. And I hope to see you all healthy again soon on one of the next live shows. TAKE CARE!!

Ein weiteres Jahr neigt sich dem Ende zu, man kann es kaum glauben. Ich habe mittlerweile eine ellenlange To-Do-Liste für das nächste Jahr und viel zu viele begonnene Tacks. Freue mich jetzt erstmal über ein paar ruhige Tage und genieße den Urlaub. Die Liveshow-Vorbereitungen für 2020 beginnen im Januar, da bin ich fast schon zu spät. Ich wünsche euch allen ein frohes Weihnachtsfest und einen guten Rutsch in das Jahr 2020.
The year 2019 is coming to end, it's hard to believe. Meanwhile I have a long to-do-list for the next year and too many tacks started. Now I enjoy a few quiet days and my holidays. The live show preparations for 2020 start in January, I'm almost too late. I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2020.

Happy Halloween!! Heute habe ich endlich wieder etwas Zeit, meine Website zu überarbeiten und auch die Ergebnisse meiner letzten LS in diesem Jahr - LS Bingen am 06.10.2019 - zu veröffentlichen. Ich war sehr zufrieden, mein gesamtes Tack wurde super platziert. Nur leider das Triple für mein Brauereigespann hat nicht geklappt, ich musste mich einem hervorragenden Verkaufswagen in Traditional-Größe geschlagen geben.
Und ich bin neuerdings auch bei Instagram, als älteres Semester tut man sich ja manchmal schwer mit den sozialen Netzwerken. Schaut doch mal unter #modelhorsetack_by_yerlin rein.
Happy Halloween!! Today I have some time again to revise my website and to publish the results of my last LS this year - LS Bingen on 06.10.2019. I was very satisfied, my whole tack was placed super. Only unfortunately the triple for my brewery-carriage didn't work out, I had to admit defeat to an excellent sales-carriage in traditional size.
And I've recently joined Instagram, too, as an older semester you sometimes have a hard time with social networks. Have a look at #modelhorsetack_by_yerlin.
********** 15. September 2019 *****
Gestern war die 2. Liveshow in Velbert und es hat mir sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Jacky hatte es toll organisiert, leider war die Teilnahme nicht sehr groß, schade. Für mich war es ja fast ein Heimspiel, diesmal ohne weite Anreise. Ich bin wieder sehr glücklich, mein gesamtes Tack ist großartig platziert worden. Für das Oktoberfest-Gespann gab es neben dem 1. Platz in der Sonderklasse "Tack Show & Sonstiges" sogar den Reserve-Champion der Sonderklasse. Ich habe wieder viele nette Gleichgesinnte getroffen und durfte zum ersten Mal richten, an der Seite eines erfahrenen Richter, eine ganz neue Erfahrung. Nun noch Bingen in diesem Jahr, verbunden mit einem schönen Besuch bei Freunden in der Pfalz und dann im Winter ein paar neue Ideen umsetzen.
Und ich habe mich entschieden, mich weiter zu spezialisieren. Und zwar werde ich bevorzugt nur noch Araber-Showtack und Kutschgeschirre aller Art und Größen fertigen.
Yesterday was the second live show in Velbert and I had a lot of fun. Jacky had organized it great, unfortunately the participation wasn't very big, too bad. For me it was almost a home game, this time without a long journey. I am very happy again, my whole tack was placed great. For the Oktoberfest carriage there was besides the 1st place in the special class "Tack Show & Miscellaneous" even the reserve champion of the special class. I met again many nice like-minded people and was allowed to judge for the first time, at the side of an experienced judge, a completely new experience. Now still Bingen in this year, connected with a nice visit by friends in the Pfalz and then in the winter a few new ideas convert.
And I've decided to continue specializing. I will preferably only manufacture Arabian show tacks and carriage harnesses of all kinds and sizes.

Das 19. Modellpferdefest Bensheim ist nun auch Geschichte, es war eine tolle Show und wie immer sehr gut besucht. Ich bin sehr stolz auf meine Platzierungen, allein in der Performance-Klasse "Fahren" gab es den 1. und 2. Platz. Ebenso erfolgreich waren meine beiden Araber -Showtacks für die Großen - hier gab es einen 1. und 3. Platz - sowie ein 3. Platz bei den Stablemate-Zäumen. Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht und ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Jahr, habe schon wieder tausend Ideen im Kopf. Die Bilder der LS sind unter "Live-Shows" zu sehen. Nun läuft noch die Vorbereitung für die LS Velbert am 14.09.2019 und dann ist das Live-Show-Jahr 2019 beendet.
The 19th Modellpferdefest Bensheim is now also history, it was a great show and as always very well attended. I am very proud of my placings, only in the performance class "Driving" there was the 1st and 2nd place. Equally successful were my two Arabian show tacks for the big ones - here I took 1st and 3rd place - as well as 3rd place in the Stablemate bridles. It was a lot of fun and I'm already looking forward to next year, have a thousand ideas in my head again. The pictures of the LS can be seen under "Live-Shows". Now the preparation for the LS Velbert is still running on 14.09.2019 and then the live show year 2019 is finished.

Die nächsten Liveshows sind gebucht, es werden - natürlich - Bensheim am 17.08.2019 und Velbert am 14.09.2019. Ein paar Vorbereitungen muss ich noch machen, aber es ist ja noch etwas Zeit. Ansonsten gibt es ein paar Neuzugänge, die ich aber erst später präsentieren kann, da wir gerade m Umbau sind und das "Pferdezimmer" vollgepackt mit Möbeln und Kisten ist. Daher bin ich auch gerade im Araber-Showset-Fieber, das Nähen ist das einzige, was ich momentan machen kann, dafür habe ich mal wieder wunderschöne Borten im Internet entdeckt.
The next live shows are booked, there will be - of course - Bensheim on 17.08.2019 and Velbert on 14.09.2019. I still have to make some preparations, but there is still some time. Otherwise there are a few new arrivals, but I can present them later, because we are just rebuilding and the "horse room" is packed with furniture and boxes. That's why I'm in the Arab showset fever, sewing is the only thing I can do at the moment, but I've discovered beautiful braids on the internet again.

Die LS Reken war eine rundum gelungene Veranstaltung, eine tolle Organisation. Die Veranstalter - Julie und Sylvia - haben eine großartige Show mit vielen liebevollen Details auf die Beine gestellt, Respekt. Das macht wirklich Spaß.
Für mich war es ein toller und erfolgreicher Tag, von 23 Starts habe ich 15 Platzierungen erreicht, vor allem jedes meiner Tacks ist platziert, ich bin mehr als zufrieden. Vor allem überraschend war der 2. Platz bei den Arabischen Zäumen in der Schleich- /SM-Größe. Und natürlich der 1. Platz bei den "Traditional" Stuten-Cobras.
The LS Reken was an all-round successful event, a great organization. The organizers - Julie and Sylvia - put on a great show with lots of loving details, respect. This is really fun.
For me it was a great and successful day, out of 23 starts I achieved 15 placings, especially every one of my tacks is placed, I am more than satisfied. Especially surprising was the 2nd place at the Arab Bridles in the Schleich /SM size. And of course the 1st place with the "Traditional" mares-Cobras.
